Pressure Washer & Car Washer

A washer pressure machine is the same triplex plunger principle as our farm sprayers, run at higher pressure through a smaller nozzle. That is why a manufacturer of agricultural HTP pumps builds a good car wash pressure pump: the wear parts and the engineering are shared.

For car, bike and household washing we supply the JP Kissan Electric High Pressure Washer, a plug-in unit rated 7 to 10 MPa (70 to 100 bar) at 2800 rpm on a 1.5 to 2.2 kW motor.

For heavier and longer duty, the JPK-160L is our main pump-set power washing machine, a triplex plunger unit running 20 to 40 bar at 13 to 22 litres a minute on a 6.5 to 7.5 kW drive. The JPK-QF-C2 and JPK-QF-B1.5 cover the same pressure band on a smaller 1.5 to 2 HP motor. A water wash machine of this class does in minutes what a hose and brush take an hour to do badly.

Car washing machine high pressure duty is continuous duty, which is harder on a pump than farm spraying. A car washer high pressure pump runs for hours a day in a commercial wash bay, so plunger and seal quality is what separates a unit that lasts from one that does not. A car wash motor has to be matched to the pump for the same reason.

For home use a car washing pump for home is a lighter duty cycle and a smaller unit is adequate. A car pressure washing machine for a commercial bay should be specified on hours per day, not on peak pressure alone. Our water pressure washer pump models are rated for both. Washing pump for car work is handled inside this range. A 250 bar pressure washer is a different class of machine from these 20 to 40 bar pump sets and the 70 to 100 bar electric washer, so tell us the surface, the soiling and the hours per day and we will quote the high pressure car washer machine configuration that actually fits. Pair it with the right spray gun and nozzle and the same pump covers several jobs.
