Brass is used at every pressure joint for a reason: it does not crack under vibration the way a moulded plastic fitting does, and it can be cut and re-threaded in the field.
The range covers 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 cocks, 3/8 and 1/4 ball cocks, tri entrance cocks, 1/2 brass joints, 3/4 to 1/2 externals, two way joints, hose joints, suction joints, Y joints and flexible joints.
An HTP pump nozzle and its brass seat should be replaced together. Fitting a new nozzle into a worn seat leaks at pressure and wears the new part quickly.
