An HTP pump is a high pressure triplex pump: three plungers running off one crankshaft so the delivery overlaps and the pressure stays steady instead of pulsing. That is what lets a single pump run four or six nozzles at once without the spray pattern collapsing.
Every pump in the series carries a three plunger head, an air chamber, a pressure gauge and a bypass. Grease free ceramic plunger versions are offered on the JPK-50-5 and JPK-65-3 where spraying hours are long and seal life matters most. All the pumps are available in 3 delivery also.
Pick by suction rate. JPK-16/18 and JPK-22 at 12 to 25 litres a minute suit small holdings and nurseries. JPK-30 and JPK-50 at 30 to 60 litres cover most field crop work. JPK-65 and JPK-90 at 45 to 90 litres suit orchards and larger acreage. JPK-150 and JPK-180 at 125 to 180 litres are for estate and tractor driven spraying.
An HTP pump with motor is supplied as a matched set so the pulley ratio turns the pump at its rated speed. Buyers who pair a pump with whatever motor is to hand are the ones who report low pressure and early seal wear.
