A spray pipe for farm use carries a polyester braid between PVC layers. That braid is what holds the pressure; the PVC only holds the water. A hose without it will balloon and burst at HTP pump pressures, which is why garden hose must never be used on a spray pump.
Inner diameters run 8.0, 8.5, 10 and 13 mm with outer diameters of 13 to 19 mm. Working pressure is 50 bar on the smaller sizes and 40 bar at 13 mm, with burst pressure at 120 to 150 bar. That is a clear safety margin over any pump in our range.
A spray pipe 100 meter coil is the standard supply length, which reaches most of a field from a single pump position. Five layer construction suits continuous high pressure work; three layer braided suits lighter duty at lower cost.
Our standard coil is 100 metres. A spray pipe 50 meter length can be cut to order against a confirmed quantity, though the 100 metre coil is more economical per metre and reaches most of a field from one pump position.
